Each Formafinalis piece is created to order in London the moment you check out. Producing only what we sell eliminates dead-stock and keeps thousands of garments out of landfill. For that reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for unwanted sizes or change-of-mind purchases.This does not affect your statutory rights—if your item arrives damaged, mis-printed or not as described, email care@formafinalis.com within 48 hours and we’ll put it right. We will cover the cost of returns for defective goods
